Fresh Tomato Salsa
This salsa was excellent and received rave reviews from my guests. I used jalapeno peppers because I didn't want it to be too hot. I also sweetened it with pineapple as someone else suggested. Loved it!

Iced Pumpkin Cookies
These cookies were great. The only change I made was substituting 1/2 cup white sugar for the brown sugar. I used a different icing, but the cookies are so good, they don't really need icing. Thanks for sharing. This is a keeper!

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon
I thought this was very easy, tasted good and the presentation was nice. I must have stuffed too much cheese mixture into the pork chops because the cheese didn't melt. I cooked them on the stove, but will try the grill next time. Thanks for a unique twist for pork chops.
