I am a stay at home mom of three boys. Dinner time also means homework time, but I still cook almost everything from scratch - much to the displeasure of my kids! Salads! Anything on the grill. Anything really fancy. LOTS of food at the holidays! I love to do themed parties with lots of research put into the dish to match the holiday. I've mastered the caesar salad, potato pancakes, guacamole, and how to make a great italian spaghetti sauce. Anything with orange juice in it! Not great at breads or baked goods. Still can't make a good pie crust.
