Original Chex(R) Party Mix
I basically use this recipe except I add 1 tsp of Tabasco. It doesn't make it spicy - just good! And I agree with other reviews. The best way to make Chex Mix is to bake at 200 degrees for about 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, then cool on paper towels.

Garlic Chicken
I made this last night and LOVED it! I followed the recipe exactly. I had to cook it a little longer than 35 minutes to get the internal temperature to 180 degrees, but it was well worth the wait! Next time I will pound the chicken breasts a little thinner to help cooking time.

Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf
I have never liked meatloaf. I decided to try a recipe and came across this one. Now meatloaf is one of my favorite meals! I didn't change a thing, and my family requested extra sauce to dip the meatloaf. I love the sweet ketchup sauce, and the meat is so moist. This is definitely a staple when I'm feeding my husband's friends!
