This was fantastic and a hit with all my friends! I took some of the user suggestions, and agree. I only used 1 8oz package of cream cheese, and added 1/2 cup of sour cream. I used marinated artichokes also, but washed the excess oil off with hot water in a colander. I added almost double the amount of artichokes, and a little less than the suggested amount of spinach. I also re-chopped the spinach for easier dipping. I mixed in some other Italian cheeses (romano, mozzarella, etc) and wasn't shy on the lemon juice for extra zing! A very tasty treat!!!

After reading the reviews for this dressing, I expected a little more. I could barely taste the cranberry and the mustard was much too strong. Once I played with the amounts on ingredients, it did end up being an excellent dressing with recipe requests from friends. Here's what I did different for better results: Add an extra table spoon of red wine vinegar, half the dijon mustard (1/2 tablespoon), added an extra 1/2 cup of fresh cranberries, and a couple of tablespoons of sugar. This really was amazingly good with a few modifications.

this was so easy and fun to make! i brought it to a work party and it was gobbled up. i recently tried making it again, but substituted the given fruit for raspberries and plums. i wanted to find peach yogurt, but can't seem to find it in a large container, so went for strawberry again. i had to add a little sugar, because the plums were pretty tart, but it worked out really well! I can't wait to try out other fruits. thanks!
