Florentine Artichoke Dip
This was fantastic and a hit with all my friends! I took some of the user suggestions, and agree. I only used 1 8oz package of cream cheese, and added 1/2 cup of sour cream. I used marinated artichokes also, but washed the excess oil off with hot water in a colander. I added almost double the amount of artichokes, and a little less than the suggested amount of spinach. I also re-chopped the spinach for easier dipping. I mixed in some other Italian cheeses (romano, mozzarella, etc) and wasn't shy on the lemon juice for extra zing! A very tasty treat!!!
