Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

These are the best oatmeal cookies I've ever made. I used all butter and dark brown sugar. They came out soft, chewy and spicy.

Sugar-Free Cardamom-Mango Smoothie

I make mango smoothies all of the time using the fresh fruit. I've never had to add a sweetner before. They're very sweet on their own.
