Meat turned out great. I covered the pan with foil instead of wrapping the meat in foil. Even my husband, who doesn't usually like pot roast, had seconds!

Absolutely delicious!!! I'm the only one in the family who likes blueberries but I made them anyway. These make an excellent breakfast or snack - especially warm. I did add a little bit more milk to make the batter not so thick and only filled the cups 3/4 of the way. It made 12 regular size muffins that way.
