Maine Lobster Lasagna
made the recipe as written, however made it with homemade alfredo sauce (leftover melted butter, parmesan/mozz/cream cheeses, half and half, garlic and onion) . better than anything I've had in a restaurant! oh, I also used a red sauce on the bottom layer...mmmm

Chicken Chilaquiles
Entire family loved it. I followed recipe closely, did not layer chips on the bottom, as I used a big cast iron skillet to make it in, instead of casserole. Easy, delish.

Creamy Sage Butter Sauce
I used the pan drippings from a whole baked chicken instead of broth, added a little less butter, used some flour to thicken, added milk since I didn't have cream. (will try next time) put the leftover chicken into sauce, to have another meal (over biscuits!) so easy, and a nice change from gravy
