I made four small loaves out of this recipe. Delicious! The whole house smelled great for hours, and I froze a couple loaves to eat at a later time.

I found this recipe to be very easy, and quite delicious! Since I grated my potatoes, as opposed to shredding them, the consistency of my latkes turned out to be more like real pancakes, rather than the crispy latkes shown in the picture, but I think I prefer them that way. Mmmmmm...fluffy potato goodness.

This was my first attempt at beef brisket, and it won't be the last. This recipe should be renamed "Simply the Best Beef Brisket Ever"! It really was delicious, and so tender (and yes, easy). I can't wait to eat the leftovers tomorrow.
