Apricot Chicken I
Excellent. Couldn't find Russian dressing so I used Catalina instead. It was outstanding and so easy to make.

Chicken Pot Pie IX
Instead of boiling the chicken and the veggies, I sauted them in with butter in a cast iron skillet. Then made the gravy per the directions added the peas as the gravy thickened. It looked like too much filling for my pie plate so I left it in the frying pan and put the pastry on top and baked for about 10 minutes at 425 until the top was golden brown. It was delicious!
