I,m a 68 yr old great grandmother in an extended family situation. New Zealand is my Home Country, down the Southern South Pacific. Anything that is easy as I age...and that my sons-in law love! They are easy to please too! Family always asks me to bake the celebration cakes for birthdays, anniversaries.Christmas cakes are on the list too! A large banana cake that my SIL's fight over...I have to make 2 at a time so noses dont get out of joint! A special cheesecake for a birthday party...the old springform pan I had had for years would not come apart and my husband tried to help...well, he dropped it...the floor and birds enjoyed the broken remains of it!
