Pesto Tuna Salad with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
I can't tell you how many times I have made this now after discovering the recipe over a year ago. I've made it using canned salmon. It is just sooo good!

Cream Cheese Tart Shells
I absolutely love these. I've also used them for mini quiches as well as sweets. They are wonderful!!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
I've made this twice so far. Once as directed and once without the breading, ham and sauce just to see how it would taste. It was great both ways. I don't care for chicken breast because it is always just too dry. This is not! I will be serving it again at a large dinner reception I have coming up very soon.
