I skipped the pecans (not a fan of nutty waffles), but they were delicious! They are definitely blueberry loaded and very filling!

Oh my! This is just delicious. I must admit I was worried because the batter was VERY thick, but it turned out fabulous!

Fantastic! I had to cut the time down because my oven is a little wacky. The only problem I had was they got a little soggy after a day or two. Right out of the oven, they were delicious though! I substituted some of the white sugar for brown sugar in the topping. I was worried because the batter was a little thick but they came out great!
