I live in Jacksonville,Florida. I am a really good cook(according to my friends and family)I love to try new recipes and I love to have dinner parties.I have been cooking for 50 years. Soups,Salads and casseroles.I will cook any new recipe I can and I love to set a great theme table fast and furious southern cooking New York Style Cheese Cake once,I was cooking dried beans when I was first married. My husband and I decided to go visit his family.I forgot to turn the beans off. after being at his parents for over an hour,I remembered the beans. We hurried back home to find the beans had cooked dry,burned black and the pot was melted to the stove burner.luckily there was no fire caused from this. however it was at least 3 months before the smell was dissipated.I think it must have perimeated the walls.
