Peanut Butter Cupcakes
These were the best cupcakes I have ever had! I am not even the biggest fan of peanut butter, but I loved these!! I used skim milk, egg whites, and margarine in place of milk, egg, and shortening. They came out great!

Raspberry Squares II
This was not very good, none of us liked it. Once it was cooled we tried it and it tasted like a cobbler thats to dry and stale. The dough was really thick, way to heavy, maybe I did something wrong, but it just came out bad.

Banana Oat Muffins
These came out really well! I used egg whites, skim milk, apple sauce, and organic wheat flour. In half of the batch I added blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries in the batch, and they came out great too.
