Vegan Chocolate Cake
These are amazing! I made them as cupcakes. The recipe as posted makes 12 cupcakes (2/3 full) and I baked for 20 minutes.

French Toast Casserole
This was really tasty. I used Panettone that I had bought at Christmas. I had to cook the full 50 minutes and I let it sit for 5 to help it setup.

Foolproof Rib Roast
I made this for New Years Eve dinner for my best friends. It was the first time I've ever made a rib roast! This turned out perfectly! I am lucky enough to have a double oven so the other items I made that required the oven weren't an issue. But you would need to plan accordingly if you only have one oven!
