Bacon and Tomato Cups
So Yummy! These don't last 10 minutes around my family. I use the Precooked microwave bacon to save time.

Mama's Tomato Gravy
So Yummy - I grew up on this recipe. I also add the canned whole tomatoes with the paste to make it chunky and serve it over white rice and pork chops. This is one of my cajun faves!

Avocado Olive Salad
Really easy. A little tangy but still very good. Replace the capers with artichokes for a different flavor.
