I started cooking at a very young age. I loved to help my mom in the kitchen and learned the basics pretty early. I love to cook and learn new techniques. I enjoy all types of food, but I love to grill in the summertime. I am always looking for something creative! During Thanksgiving and Christmas we always have lefsa, a Swedish flatbread made with potatoes. It's a long time tradition and is the first thing everyone looks for snacking on when they walk through the door! I remember my first lemon meringue pie... I was so nervous it would burn or wouldn't taste good and it was PERFECT!
