This was fantastic! I did add a few things: I doubled the bananas (I had a ton that were just on the border of bad), also added a cup of chopped walnuts and 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Also did half brown, half white sugar as others suggested and used real butter. I was able to make 2 loafs our of the batter and they were gone in a day and a half! Will be making this weekly (great for breakfast w tea!!!)
