Corn Casserole III
I made this for the first time yesterday for our Thanksgiving dinner. I followed the recipe excatly and it was de-lish!! So easy and so yummy!! I did end up cooking longer than 40 min it acually took about an hour. I will be making this again for our Christmas dinner and probably a few more times before the winter is over. Szechwan Shrimp
FANTASTIC!! I made this for dinner last night served over white rice and we loved it. I had the leftovers today for lunch. I followed the recipe exactly but quardrupled the sauce and I'm glad I did. I made mine with chicken cut into strips and cooked them seperatly first. I reccommend doing this because once you add the sauce it only takes a minuet or two to thicken wouldnt have been enough time to fully cook the chicken. Its probably perfect for shrimp as it only takes a few minutes to cook. As far as heat I thought it was perfect of course we like spicy!! I even added a few dashes of cayenne pepper (Oh yeah we like it HOT!) Definately a keeper and will make this again many more times. Next time I will add some crunchy oriental veggies YUMMY!!! Thanks for the post!

Lemon Pepper Chicken I
This dish has definately been added to my favorites! My Husband RAVED over this one. He couldn't stop complimenting on how delish it was!! My chicken was on the thick side and I didn't pound it, I just cooked it longer. I also added more lemon juice as it cooked to keep the outsides from burning. Also when it was just about done I deglazed with a little white wine. WOW! Fantastic! Thanks!
