I have two teenagers and a 16 month old, and a wonderful husband. I stay at home during the day and wait tables at night. I like to experiment with food, I'm always looking for short-cuts and price-cuts. I believe you can make great food at an affordable price, and in a short amount of time if you use your head. Every Christmas my kids and I make goodies for friends and family. I usually make enchiladas for them on Christmas Eve. Oh and don't forget the cookies. For my needs I have mastered, roasts, enchiladas, and stir-fry. I don't have a lot of experience with baking; for some reason it scares me. You have to be so exact. But I did learn a few tips on cookies and fudges from you other wonderful cooks over the holidays.
