I'm a stay-at-home mom that grew up in Brooklyn NY and is now living on the beautiful space coast of Florida where I can see rocket and shuttle launches from my home front! (Awesome!) I'm married with one little boy with hope to have more. My husband loves my cooking! I've learned to cook from my mom since I was really young and just evolved in the craft from there. Kickin' hot collard greens. Homemade meat mac and cheese. There are lots more, but I'm drawing a blank right now. Eating at my moms for Thanksgiving and Christmas! I don't think I have any traditions of my own yet. (Dec. 16, 2007) - I made an amazingly odd but tasty dinner of stuffed green peppers, kickin' hot collard greens, and baklava for dessert. My husband, who adores the collard greens I make, proclaimed that the stuffed green peppers stole the dinner show over his beloved collards. The first time I cooked for my hubby - but we only new friends at the time. I made Hamburger Helper and absolutely killed it with my Puerto Rican way of seasoning. We ate it, but we both new it was terrible.
