Amazing!!! Easy and very tasty, I followed the receipe exactly and it come out perfectly. After reading some of the other reviews, I had considered using a higher grade of pork but decided against it. After making the receipe, I can say that I am happy I used what the receipe called for. In addition, the 30 minutes int he oven added just the right amount of crispiness to the edges of the meat. My husband loved this as well and has already asked when we can add it to the grocery list again!

Excellent and easy. Only thing I will do differently is marinate it over night next time I make it.
