Pennsylvania Dutch Corn Pie
Very Good. Because I couldn't find proper ready-to-use pie crust, I used filo instead. Worked well. I also used 2 potatos instead of 1.

Cornbread Muffins I
Great recipe! - Although a bit too sweet for me. Next time I am going to cut back on the sugar and honey.

Szechwan Shrimp
One of my favourite recipes! Very simple to make! In addition for the shrimp, I have also used a shrimp/tofu combination. Next time I think I am going to use a shrimp/tofu/chick combination.
