Finally a pizza crust that cooperated with me! I went ahead and doubled it to make two crusts. While I was finishing spreading the second in the pizza shell the first was already rising. Both pizza shells were ready for toppings within less than 30min. First time I've made pizza so quickly. I used a jar of pesto for my sauce and then added my veggies, parmesan & cheddar cheese. Delicious!

Brought this to a church picnic and kept getting asked where I got the recipe. Most of my friends had never heard of couscous but after trying the salad wanted to know where they could buy some to make this recipe themselves!

We really enjoyed it ! It was so easy to put together and loved just having to open 2 cans of cooked lentils. My husband suggested I add dried cranberries and slivered almonds (we got the idea from a restaurant salad) and that was a great idea!
