With the adjustments mentioned of adding nutmeg, cinamon, and vanilla these are great. However, I would NOT reccomend using brown sugar for the strudel! It turns into a sloppy mess and doesn't have as good of flavor as if you use white sugar!

Garden Paella

Excellent! I added some oregano and sliced fresh tomatoes on top then grated cheddar cheese over it and stuck in the oven for 15 min. AMAZING! Mmmmm

Mom's Zucchini Bread

YUM! I added a bit of allspice (1/2 tsp.?) and nutmeg(1 tsp.?)- it makes it smell amazing when baking and adds a distinct flavor to it.

Creamy Caramel Flan

My husband and I devoured this! I don't like flan, but made it for my husband and I actually loved this! It isn't as intimidating as it seems, just make sure you are patient with the sugar and heat it up slowly...
