Baked Pork Chops I
three adults and 2 kids loved this recipe! used 1/2 & 1/2 instead of milk and a little extra wine, also shortened cooking times to 45 min w/o sauce and 20 with...next time may try reduced sodium mush soup. not only will i make this again but my guests will too. never had such juicy pork in my life, and the gravy was great on the mashed potatoes we have with it. may try what another user reccomended, bed of rice for pork when adding sauce.

this is a fabulous very versatile recipie. the second time i made it, i added some spinach, mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes to stuff the chx with i used flour, egg, then breading to coat and broil on a cookie sheets for a couple minutes each side at the end. will use this again for sure :) someone mentioned something about pounding the breasts, it does make a difference.
