Sunday Dinner Rolls
This rolls are FANTASTIC! I mean...REALLY! They were the hit of my Christmas dinner! Everyone absolutely loved them! I'm not a huge fan of rolls of any kind...until now! These will definitely be added to the family "favorites". They are light, airy...The dough is VERY gooey...lots of flour is needed to be able to roll them out and then shape them into rolls. I did not find that wax paper was of ANY use :( Just lots of flour on my countertop and some patience. I PROMISE you, they are worth it. With 1/2 a cup of sugar, they are a pretty sweet roll--but oh so yummy! I found that 8 minutes was not enough time in the oven, but 10 was perfect. And I did rub a bit of butter across the tops of them all, as soon as they came out of the oven! Thank you SOOO much Martha, for the fantastic recipe!!!

Garlic Parmesan Chicken
This is DELICIOUS! Since I just bought a new crock pot and have been experimenting with it, I made this dish in it. I set it on low and it was done in an hour and a half--and very nicely brown all over! There is too much breading...you can definitely cut that in half. But in the crockpot, it's moist and juicy! I did spray the bottom and sides of the crockpot with Pam before starting. This is a very easy dish to make and a great combination of flavors! This one is going to be a new family/company favorite! I made sweet potato pie and a fresh garden salad with it...YUMMY!

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
OH MY GOSH!!! This is the BEST cream cheese frosting I have EVER had!!! Thanks to the post about whipping the cream seperately (thank you!) it turned out perfectly! You can make it exactly--according to the recipe and it is very easy. I did put my glass mixing bowl in the freezer for probably half an hour first. It might have taken 3-4 minutes to whip it to stiff peaks. It is absolutely YUMMY...and was enough to frost an entire 2-layer cake, and have maybe a cup left--to use as a fruit dip! I can't wait to see my son's reaction (it's his 20th birthday)!!! This will no doubtedly be a new family favorite!
