Spinach and Potato Frittata
This was YUMMY & easy to make! I used a little parmesan cheese on the top as well. I also used shredded potatoes instead. Overall very yummy! :-)

Zesty Stuffed Peppers
I just made this tonight & it is really good. I used ground turkey instead of beef & brown rice vs. white. I sprinkled a little cheddar cheese on top & it was yummy! :)
