Apple Hermits

I started out liking these because they tasted fine but then I got tired of them really fast. Also, they are soft and my family likes crunchy cookies best.

Fantastic!! I cut the butter to 3/4 cup but otherwise it was perfect. 4-09 Ok, I made these again but this time I substituted the pecans and used slivered almonds instead. Oh, my goodness; I have found the perfect cookie!!!

Rhubarb Gelatin Salad

I thought this was very good! It was easy to make too. I peeled the apples and sliced them very thinly. It would be a pretty side dish for a holiday dinner. And I will double the recipe next time because it's that good!

I Love My Pear Salad

I have almost this same recipe but I use a quart of drained pears and only one cup of cool whip. I don't put nuts in mine. I use lime jello as it looks prettier that way. Sometimes I use two small packages of jello to give it more flavor. My family loves it! We all think it is wonderful!!

Apple Crisp II

This is the best apple crisp recipe I've ever tried!! I cut the white sugar to 1/2 cup and it was perfect. So yummy!!

Roasted Vegetables

Great vegetable recipe. If I don't have something on hand I just use something else. And I always throw extra potatoes in. Nice, colorful side dish too.
