Italian Dressing Mix
I am rating the ORIGINAL recipe only 2 stars.. This recipe as it is, contained way too much salt for everyone who has eaten what I made.. Cut the salt down to 1 tsp, or eliminate it completely. Try mixing 1 T. with 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup shredded cheese (I use Asiago and Mozzerella). Mix well, spread a generous amount on 1/2 in slices of the small loaves of French bread. Place 6 inches under broiler for 3-5 minutes till cheese melts and bread is lightly browned. Watch closely!! Delish!! Great appetizers..

Easy Roasted Pork
Made this for dinner and it was a big hit.. I did add 2 tablespoons lite soy sauce to make sure it wasn't overly sweet.. I only had unsweetened applesauce without cinnamon, so I added 1 1/2 T cinnamon to the sauce.. Will make again, maybe put some sliced apples on top of the pork roast??

Pumpkin Dessert
Okay, so I am going to do what I said I would NEVER do.. Tell you I loved the recipe , but made a change in it.. I only had a 15 ounce can of pumpkin and didn't want to drive to the store for just one thing, knowing I would buy more!! I used the can of pumpkin and added one 8 ounce package of 1/3 less fat cream cheese.. I also only had a box of white cake mix, so I added 2 teaspoons of REAL vanilla to the bottum layer ingredients.. It is wonderful.. Made it today, tried a small piece just a few minutes ago, and it tastes great.. I would make this again, the same way...
