Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
The flavor was good, but the slow-cooker juices were way too runny. It would have been better if the roast produced a nice thicker base for gravy.

Individual Beef Wellingtons
Excellent and rich, served it for Christmas Eve dinner. ; reduce the per/lb expense of the meat by checking with your butcher to see if there are any chateaubriand cuts instead of fillets.
