Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
I made this recipe based on the reviews but mine turned out a horrible mess. The cooking time was all wrong. I kept having to lengthen it. Also the pie came out wet and sloppy. The water in the recipe ruined it. No matter how long I cooked it I couldn't get the sauce to thinken. I may try it again and omit the water but probably not.

Bountiful Garden Zucchini Enchiladas
This was wonderful! My four year old daughter asked for seconds and she never does that! My husband was a little skeptical of meatless enchiladas because I make amazing authentic (as far as I know...) enchiladas. Even he loved them and requested I make them again when we have company next week! The only thing I changed was adding a mexican spice mix I keep handy and making an extra half batch of the cheese sauce because the amount this recipe makes did not cover the enchiladas and we prefer them soft not crispy. Overall though they were amazing!!!! Thanks:)

Kimbop (Korean Sushi)
I grew up eating Kim Bap as my Dad spent some time in Korea as a young man and I have never had it with cheeseo.O But other wise it sounds right. My Dad uses ham once in a while just for a different twist:) My birthday is in a few days and he is making this for me! Oh Yeah!
