Sarah's Applesauce
My son loved it said it was better than from a can! I thought it was easy and good. Smoothed it out in my food processor.

Banana Banana Bread
My son really liked this.It is moist, I added chocolate chunks. I thought it was good.

Southwestern Egg Rolls
I used egg roll wraps which were a little flimsy. Found I only had to bake for about 7 minutes at 450. Delicious.
