Tomatillo Salsa Verde
Good flavor..blended before cooking so used no water... Added a scotch bonnet pepper and more salt..easy to make .

Hearty Halibut Chowder
Very tasty..used a can of creamed corn instead of the tomatoes and added some old bay seasoning...fantastic..loved by all

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas
Sorry, but I did not love the flavors..I think it was the chicken soup layer that did not seem to go with the mexican taste I was looking for. I might try this again without the soup and add more of a salsa sauce.
