Red Velvet Cake I
Was amazing, with the suggested alterations from other users. The icing was also lovely, not overpoweringly sweet. Will make this cake again!

Potato Latkes I
These were fantastic! Next time I'm going to add more onion, because we love onions in my house, and we couldn't really taste them in this recipe. Still delicious though.

The Best Thai Coconut Soup
This was amazing! It is very close in taste to a local fancy thai restaurant's coconut soup, and next time adding a bit more curry paste will make it exact. I did use lemongrass paste, as I couldn't find fresh, and I used a bit more mushrooms and shrimp than called for. I will be making this again!
