Cake Mix Cookies I
Once I got over the idea that these are not supposed to taste like chocolate chip cookies, I found that I liked them pretty well. My husband LOVED them. My main concern is that there's a bit of a fake taste in them. Fortunately, tons of chocolate chips helped cover it up. : ) I did add a little bit of water before adding the chocolate chips because it was too pasty. I think I'd make these again.

Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo
I tried this for a bunch of friends the other night (and doubled the recipe), and I had mostly good reviews. While I liked it pretty well, I felt like something was missing, and am wondering if I should've included more Parmesan cheese than the recipe called for. It was quick and easy, though, and I think I'll try to perfect it.

Best Brownies
I love these brownies. I follow the recipe exactly and wouldn't change a thing. Except you do need to lick the spoon once the brownies are in the oven. : )
