Do a party every year at my house. Fresh ham, steamship round and fried turkey.

I volunteered to cook wings at my sisters house. She said she had deep fryer but she could not find cord. Against my will I did them in stove in kettle. Well, the oil got too hot and started a nice fire in kitchen. We put it out, though.

Pad Thai
My wife made this tonight.. A double batch.. I hope she has fun eating it..Never had this dish in a Thai restaurant..Never would order it either.Bland... I made myselg a roast beef on weck..

Cucidati II
Just like my grandmother from Sicilys recipe. The beauty of this recipe is that you can substitute raisins with currants etc etc. I added a heaping cup of extra strong hot coffee to the recipe. One problem- I hade to quadruple the dough amount. How thick are you making things. Also, cucidati is Sicilian for bracelet.
