Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
Excellent blend of flavors. I halfed the sugar and felt it was perfect. The toasted almonds made the dish for me.

Pasta with Mock Creamy Tomato Sauce
This was very creamy and quite good. I added cayenne pepper instead of the chili paste. I agree with the reviewer that said something is missing. I increased the salt, tomato paste, italian seasoning but was still not able to fix it.

No-Cream Pasta Primavera
Everyone in my family liked this. I did not have any lemon zest, so I increased the lemon juice to 1 tbsp. It still came out well.
