Southwest Chicken Casserole

I changed recipe to suit our family. I used an entire 13 oz can of canned chicken. I shredded it by hand, after draining it. I excluded the green chiles and dried minced onion. I used 10.75 oz of cream cheese, rather than the can cream of mushroom soup. I used the mixer to soften it. Then I hand mixed everything together. I chose to bake it at 250 for 25 mins & then broil it for 5 mins to brown it. YUMMY!!
