Buttermilk Oatmeal Muffins
Wonderfully moist with great taste - even my picky kids loved them. I did add in a tsp of vanilla. Next time I will definitely add in a fruit...I see this as a versatile recipe...these are easy and so yummy!!!

Man Pleasin' Jambalaya
Huge hit! I made this for a potluck and everyone asked for the reicpe. I substituted fresh mushrooms for the canned. I also only used 4cups of broth but added one can (don't drain out the juice) of diced tomatoes. Yummy!

Apple Maple Crumble Pie
This recipe was AWESOME! I made extra topping cuz I like it sweet and crunchy and it was perfect. This is definitely a keeper!
