Fried Rice Restaurant Style
I cooked my rice in a rice cooker in the morning, let cool. I also used frozen peas and carrots so I cooked them with a little veggie oil, before doing anything else. Adter "frying my p&cs" I added the eggs after eggs were cooked I added my rice which was one big circle but it broke up perfect. I think the key is to cook the rice until some of it browns.
