Raspberry Custard Kuchen
This tastes exactly like the kuchen my german grandma used to make! SOOO delicious! Would maybe use 3 1/2 cups of raspberries. Otherwise a perfect recipe, and incredibly easy.

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken
Delicious! The chicken was moist and tender. Didn't add fresh parsley, but added a bit of dried...would definitely make again!

African Sweet Potato and Peanut Soup
I was slightly disappointed at first, but like others have commented, the soup definitely improves overnight, and I was quite happy with it the next day. I used slightly more chunky peanut butter than called for and omitted the chopped peanuts.
