Best Ziti Ever
Followed this recipe pretty much to a T and it turned out to be quite good. I halved it and had more than enough for my husband, myself, our 4 year old son AND leftovers. The ricotta is, for me, what gives this dish its yummy factor. Next time, I would probably use half sausage, half ground beef or I may even omit the meat and use spinach instead. Thanks.

Grilled Salmon
Very good. I am not a big fan of salmon but actually can eat it prepared this way. My husband loves it. I've made it twice already and am making again tomorrow. I let it marinate a lot longer than 30 minutes though...probably more like 4 hours or so and I use dried herbs.

Buttery Cooked Carrots
I love carrots and this makes them taste even better! I cut down on the sugar just a little and as others did, I hardly kept any water in the pan.
