#1 Pumpkin Spice Cookies
I don't like pumpkin, but made these for my son's school. Everyone loved them and my step-dad said they were like pumpkin bread, only cookies.

Zippy Orange Rosemary Chicken
This was surprisingly sweet - not nearly as spicy as I thought it would be with the horseradish. However, there was nothing terribly special about this chicken.

Zesty Slow-Cooker Italian Pot Roast
This was decent. The beef was kind of dry after cooking for about 10 hours, but the flavor was decent. Not my favorite pot roast recipe.
