Spicy Chicken Enchiladas

Tasted great would make a little more sauce, they came out a little dry and I under cooked them. Will definately make again

Quinoa and Black Beans

Really liked quinoa! Added a little montery shredded cheese and sour cream as toppings. Would make a good stuffing with chicken. Will definately make this again!

I've never heard the dinner table so quiet. My boys can be pretty picky and they devoured this. My husband loves lots of flavor loved this recipe!!! It has become part of our regular rotaion of meals.

Chewy Granola Bars

I Love them, my kids love them, my husband loves them!! I did press them down again half way through the bake time. Once finished baking turned my oven to warm, spread a bag of peanut butter chips on top, put back in the oven for 5 minutes and then smoothed out. Delish!!!!
