Chocolate Pudding Cake II
About this Cook
I love to cook, eat, drink and travel!
My favorite things to cook
Cheesecakes, pastas, Chinese food, anything new and exciting and DELICIOUS!
My favorite family cooking traditions
The food at family parties, especially between Thanksgiving to Christmas! Yummy ribs for appetizers, sticky rice, and turkey cooked to perfection! I also miss eating my late grandmother's steamed ground pork and "Chinese Tamales"...
My cooking triumphs
Making vegetarian pancit w/o a recipe and it tasted "traditional!"
My cooking tragedies
None... except for overcooking angel hair pasta and it "turned over" into one big mushy, overcooked clump! Oh and the time I dropped a DELICIOUS chocolate shake made with vanilla ice cream, Carnation's Hot Cocoa mix and milk... SO TRAGIC! It ended up all over the floor, walls and even reached the ceiling. Believe it or not, the glass didn't even break! Oh and the time I put too much cream de minthe in a Grasshopper cheesecake which made it minty like breath mints!

Pistachio Cake III
Not pistachio-y at all. Too dense. I won't be making this again.

Chocolate Pudding Cake II
40 minutes was too long for my cake... the pudding part was practically cake and hardly any pudding. I used quality choco (Scharffenberger), so I don't think that was the problem. I will not be making this again.

Famous Japanese Restaurant-Style Salad Dressing
This was good, but it wasn't what I was looking for...
