I love making all desserts. I also like to make dishes for large groups. My favorite things are the one's that I have come up on my own-either because we were running low on ingredients or because I just wanted to experiment. I do all of the cooking for every holiday, my husband helps by peeling potatoes and carving the meat. I let my teenage daughters help with side dishes and my five year old help with desserts. every time my kids thank me for dinner or my husband tells me that dinner was great. My girls always ask me to cook for their potlucks at school and their friends tell them what they want me to make. A compliment from teenagers is a true triumph. I was trying to make a corn casserole and when I took it out of the oven the glass casserole dish busted into what seemed like a million pieces. I was in the apartment above the managers office.
