Holy cow this is amazing! I figured I would like it, but my husband and I LOVED it! Made it as is, no changes. I use Publix frozen chicken breasts and I don't even thaw them out, I just put them in there frozen and it still comes out wonderfully. It's even great reheated!!! Thanks for a superb recipe! It's going on my regular rotation.

Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

Super good, only instead of making chips, I pan fry the tortilla with cin./sugar and then spoon some of the salsa into the tortilla, fold it over and cut it up like quesadillas. The sugar caramelizes and the tortilla forms a sort of hardened shell around the fruit. It's amazing! I think I'll make it again soon...

Grilled Teriyaki Chicken

My husband LOVED this. Usually I hate low sodium soy sauce, but I think I need it for this recipe. GREAT though!

KRETSCHMAR® French Bistro Turkey Sandwich

I altered it a bit to fit what I had on hand, so I used Swiss cheese and potato bread. I also decided I was in the mood for a warm sandwich, so I broiled it open and then put the two halves together. Super sandwich. I enjoyed the mild flavor of the cheese and apple (macintosh) as you were able to really taste the mustard/honey/mayo mixture. Will do this on a regular basis.

Easy Pizza Sauce III

Super good. I change it up now. I add a little of this and a little of that. I use this as a base and alter as I desire. Great as is though.

Snickerdoodle Mix in a Jar

I made a few of these and gave them as gift's for mother's day. They were alright (the finished product), they could have been better...but for someone who cooks all the time I really suck at measuring dry ingredients! So, it very well could have been my fault. Everyone else seemed to love the cookies though, so maybe it was just me! I still gave it 5 stars because the recipients of the gifts loved them.

Cappuccino in a Jar

This is great. I don't drink it often, but I keep a jar of it at work for when I need a pick-me up. It's a heck of a lot cheaper than going to Starbucks. I went a bit lighter on the cinnamon, and I wish I'd added even less. But, even still it's a good drink. I made two of them and gave them to mine and my husband's grandmother's for mother's day. They seem to like it!

Easy Pumpkin Muffins

Wow, these things are addicting and so much easier if you cheat and use a spice cake mix like previous reviewers suggested! I was going to make these with the spices indicated, but I only had one - and they were too expensive to purchase them, so Spice Cake mix was used and these are amazingly delish! DON'T put ANY eggs or oil or anything else in these - they are *supposed* to be very dense. You can even make these as cookies if you so desired. I have my friend and her husband addicted to these, just like me!

Pennsylvania Coal Region Barbecue

I thought this was pretty darn good. I added a little bit of Garlic powder and a dash of Mrs. dash for some extra flavor. My husband gave it three stars, but he's pretty darn hard to please. I'll probably make it again and maybe experiment with some other flavor combinations. It was fast, easy, pretty tasty and darn cheap. Thanks for the recipe!

Yakisoba Chicken

Wow, this was a great recipe. Instead of using the soy sauce (which I love) I had to use teriyaki sauce because of my husband. I also didn't even include the chili paste (which I couldn't find at the store) and didn't use anything as a substitute. This was a great and easy meal which I will be adding to my regular rotations. Next time I'm going to add some fresh mushrooms, I think that would taste WONDERFUL! It wasn't bland at all even without the chili paste or powder...etc.
