Quick and Easy Pancit
I love Pancit, but haven't had it in years. This was delicious! I did cut back to 3 carrots and added 1 stalk of celery. I really liked it topped with Sriracha hot sauce on my plate because I like a little heat. I will definitely make this again.

Green Chili Stew
I followed the recipe except that I used chicken broth instead of water and I had to add more cumin than called for. I think this is a pretty good starting point but I will change it up some next time. Next time I'll season the meat before I brown it. I like heat and this didn't have any so I'll probably spice it up some. And I'm not sure if I like the tomatoes in it. I might omit the tomatoes next time. But all in all this is worth trying if you like green chile.

Round Steak Sauerbraten
I followed the recipe exactly. I thought maybe 1 Tbs. of onion powder sounded like a lot but I did use that much and it was fine. For some reason the meat was a little dry but the flavor of the dish was good.
