Orange Vegetables Soup
Our family loved this soup. I used canned pumpkin instead of fresh--about 3/4 of a can and 5 cups of vegetable broth instead of the cubes and water. It was full of flavor and great with fresh bread. Yum!

Fruity Acorn Squash
This was a big hit with the family. I followed the directions with no variations. Fast, easy- it's a great recipe.

Lemon Sponge Pudding
This recipe is so good! I have made it with real sugar and fake. Both are delicious. I also don't skip out on that lemon peel. It gives it that punch that most lemon desserts need, I think.
